Hours: Monday - Friday | 37.5 hours/week

Addison Group is working with a prominent non-profit organization dedicated to advancing impactful initiatives that serve diverse communities. The organization is seeking a proactive and organized Program Coordinator to support the planning and execution of key programs.

Job Description:

The Program Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of programs by managing logistics, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining efficient workflows. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of program activities.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure program goals are met.
  • Track and report program milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain program documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
