Summary The Program Control Manager will support planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting for diverse programs.

This role collaborates closely with program teams to create and maintain schedules, establish cost baselines, and manage Estimates At Complete. The manager will co-own financial and scheduling performance with the Program Manager, leveraging Earned Value Management principles to provide actionable performance insights. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company processes, advising on technical aspects of programs, presenting program status to leadership, overseeing risk registers, and managing scope, schedule, and cost changes.

Daily interaction with Program Managers, finance, engineering, and cross-functional teams is required to drive program and professional success.
