Job description

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Control Analysts to join our team in Herndon Virginia, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Philippines and Oahu Hawaii. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * The Program Control Analyst IV serves as the principal authority for examining budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with regulations.
* They validate the integrity of program wide budgeting models and authorize the release of strategic Financial Reports to executive stakeholders.
* They approve the methodology for cost-benefit analyses and provide expert analysis for mission-critical funding decisions.
* The Program Control Analyst IV provides senior-level financial expertise to the PMO by managing the strategic alignment of funding with theaterwide objectives.
* They authorize the final distribution of budget products to Mission Partners and lead the institutionalization of financial best practices.
* They oversee the synchronization of program control milestones to ensure long-term fiscal success in expeditionary settings.
* The Program Control Analyst IV provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff. NOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience. Please see below. Minimum Qualifications: Senior Level * Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a related field.
* 10+ years of position-relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education. Midlevel * Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a related field.
* 3+ years of position-relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
* Foundational certifications in Program Control or Budgeting. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a related field. 12+ years of position-relevant experience. Clearance Required: * Must hold an active Secret clearance Physical Requirements: * The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
