Park Bank is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Facilities Technician to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the ATM Services and Facilities Manager, the Facilities Technician will work on a small team to maintain the bank's facilities and grounds - including our Park Bank Center and our nine branches in the Madison area. As the Facilities Technician, you are responsible for assisting with the maintenance and repair of the company's facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. These include, but are not limited to, groundskeeping, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, basic carpentry, and other building systems. You are flexible, motivated, have a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and enjoy working with a fun team. 


Location: 1815 Greenway Cross, Madison, WI 53713


Schedule: Monday - Friday from 6:45 am - 3:45 pm, with evenings, weekends, and holidays being on call as needed. (May change based on staffing needs).

Requirements

Essential Functions & Duties

  • Under supervision of the Services and Facilities Manager, inspects, maintains and performs general maintenance for the bank's facilities
  • Works independently and in teams to ensure functionality, cleanliness, and safety of buildings, grounds, and equipment while using established standards of preventative maintenance
  • Assist trades with maintenance as needed such as HVAC, plumbing, Electrical and network cabling
  • Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
  • Troubleshooting & creative problem solving when addressing issues 
  • Lead person to any after-hours matters as needed
  • Work be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated branch work location and will drive company van
  • Ensure all facilities operations comply with safety regulations and company policies
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field

Knowledge of maintenance needs - HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical

Experience in vendor management

Above average mechanical abilities and the ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools and specialized equipment

Reside within 30-45 minute travel time to the Park Bank Center

Driver's License

Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
