Program Supervisor

Hourly Salary:  $24.15/hr, $50,232.00 annually 

Job Type: Full-Time     

Shift:  Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm 

Hours per pay period:  80          

Location: Charles County, MD


Job Description:
Spring Dell Center is seeking a very well-organized applicant that can demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, and is comfortable using technology to support documentation, scheduling, and compliance requirements will be perfect for our team. An applicant with knowledge of DDA services, person-centered planning, and billing systems is preferred.

Duties include but not limited to:

  •  Oversee the daily operations of the day program ensuring services are compliant and person-centered.
  • Responsible for coordination of implementation and monitoring of all center-based and community opportunities, experiences, training while ensuring active engagement of all participants.
  •  Provide leadership and supervision to staff and monitors program activities and staffing.
  • Assure the coordination and implementation of daily schedules for all, including community, volunteer, and employment opportunities.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the agency program software (iCM) and DDA Regulations, Waiver programs, and LTSS billing system.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
  • Full driver's license
  • Clean driving record with 2 years driving experience and less than 2 points on driving record
  • Experience working with disabled adults preferred
  • Computer skills
  • Supervisory experience 
  • DDA and ICM experience a plus
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
