Start in one of our facilities across the region and join our day-to-day operations. This comprehensive international program is designed to immerse you in Bunge's industrial business operations. You'll gain valuable practical experience at one of our state-of-the-art crushing, refining, or packaging facilities, learning both regionally as a group and individually through daily operational tasks.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Graduates with 0-2 years of previous work experience with an interest in the agribusiness or food production sectors. Typical Engineering education considered: Reliability & Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Process Engineering, Chemical, Project Management, Quality, Food, Manufacturing Excellence, Continuous Improvement and Environmental Sciences.
  • Enthusiasts with an international attitude eager to learn and contribute to an impactful industry, bringing strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • A good level of English language skills is required. Local languages may be required in some locations.
