What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking a Program Services Analyst to support program management and operations for a federal public health client. This role will support data tracking, reconciliation, quality control, reporting, and operational coordination across programmatic and financial systems used to manage public health program activities. The analyst may support CDC DHP Program Management and Operations activities, including programmatic/financial reporting, operational trackers, quality control, coding, reconciliation, and leadership-ready reporting products.

  • Monitor, analyze, code, reconcile, and report programmatic and financial data.

  • Support data entry, data quality review, and coding in programmatic and operational systems.

  • Support operational data management activities related to public health program records, project profiles, reporting categories, and programmatic/financial data.

  • Download, search, merge, and organize datasets to support routine and ad hoc reporting.

  • Develop datasets and summaries for frequently requested reports, leadership data needs, and approved external reporting requests.

  • Support year-end reconciliation and reporting across program and CDC-wide applications.

  • Maintain trackers, documentation, SOPs, guidance materials, process documentation, and issue logs.

  • Coordinate across project teams to identify missing data, resolve issues, and support timely reporting.

  • Support reporting and analysis related to programmatic aspects of public health operations, including data quality, coding consistency, and recurring report production.

  • Assist with modernization activities, governance requirements, process improvements, and adoption of approved reporting tools.

  • Prepare clear written materials, summaries, and deliverables for client and internal review.

  • Deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


What You Will Need:

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • THREE (3) years of relevant experience in program support, data analysis, public health operations, federal consulting, financial/programmatic reporting, grants/program monitoring, or a related field.

  • Experience working with data, trackers, reporting tools, spreadsheets, or operational systems.

  • Experience supporting data quality review, reconciliation, coding, reporting, or documentation activities.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce accurate work products under deadlines.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Strong preference for candidates located in the Houston, TX, San Antonio, TX, Atlanta, GA or Huntsville, AL areas.

  • Experience supporting CDC, HHS, or another federal health agency.

  • Experience supporting HIV prevention, public health program operations, cooperative agreements, NOFOs, recipient monitoring, or grants/program reporting.

  • Experience with programmatic, grants, financial, or operational reporting.

  • Experience with data quality review, reconciliation, dashboard inputs, recurring report production, or year-end reporting support.

  • Familiarity with systems such as IAP, SharePoint, Power BI, or other federal reporting and collaboration tools.

  • Experience developing SOPs, process documentation, trackers, issue logs, data summaries, or leadership-ready reporting products.

  • Experience supporting governance requirements, modernization activities, or process improvement in a federal health environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $61,000.00-$101,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
