Job description

You will serve as a PROGRAM SPECIALIST in the MANPOWER/PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT of COMMANDER LITTORAL COMBAT SQUADRON TWO.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
  • Experience utilizing student information databases or master scheduling software to input, track, and update course/class schedules, and evaluate scheduling policies or procedures and recommending solutions to complex scheduling bottlenecks and resource constraints.
  • Experience coordinating and resolving minor scheduling, room, or resource conflicts.
  • Experience compiling program data, schedules, or rosters and providing standard policy interpretations to students, instructors, or staff.
  • Experience generating various reports that indicate the status on travel invoices pending certification completion.
