Position Specific Description

The Associate Fleet Program Specialist supports the Light Duty Fleet Department with the timely procurement, delivery, and administration of approved vehicles and upfitted equipment. This role assists with vehicle design, specifications, database updates, fleet reporting, and coordination with business units, vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure vehicles meet operational needs, company standards, and safety requirements. Responsibilities also include supporting maintenance and claim approvals, fuel and insurance card management, licensing and title processing, telematics updates, vehicle inspections, auction preparation, and system/data initiatives. The position requires strong customer service, accuracy in data entry, Microsoft Office skills, SAP knowledge, familiarity with Power BI, and the ability to multi-task, provide backup support, and assist with storm duty or other related responsibilities as assigned.

This position is located at our Automotive Engineering Center in Riviera Beach, FL.
