Job description

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Bilingual Program Administration Associate 

Aging Well Adult Day Health – Marlborough, MA

Pay: $16.00 per hour + Benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Do you enjoy helping others while keeping an office running smoothly? At Aging Well Adult Day Health, you'll play an important role in supporting our participants, families, and staff every day. If you're organized, friendly, and bilingual in Mandarin, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

As a Program Administration Associate, you'll help ensure our center operates efficiently by providing administrative and program support. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and update electronic records and program documentation
  • Track participant time and attendance
  • Record meal counts and assist with Federal Food Program paperwork
  • Help coordinate participant transportation
  • File, organize, and retrieve records and documents
  • Sort, assemble, and distribute mail and other materials
  • Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages
  • Greet participants, families, and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
  • Assist with copying, faxing, scanning, and other administrative projects
  • Support daily office operations while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
  • Follow company policies and safety guidelines
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Dependable, caring, and able to multitask in a busy environment
