We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated team providing exceptional emergency care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.


-> Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for Emergency Department patients.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to emergencies.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
  • Advocate for patients while providing compassionate, high-quality care.
  • Adhere to all hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.


-> Qualifications

Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (Associate Degree or higher).
  • Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact RN License.
  • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience.
  • Current BLS (AHA) certification.
  • Current ACLS certification.
  • Experience with Rhythm Recognition/Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation.

Preferred

  • PALS Certification.
  • CEN Certification.
  • TNCC Certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
