Job Description:
Easterseals NH is looking for a Program Specialist to join our Community Based Services team! This program supports individuals within our residential homes.
Responsibilities: Work directly with the Program Coordinator to assist in reviewing, monitoring and participating in the development, implementation and monitoring of program goals. Act as a Peer Guide for assigned new Direct Support Associates (DSA) which includes providing on the job training and program orientation with assigned DSA maintaining and documenting contact with assigned DSA for a minimum of six months, consistently demonstrate professionalism, exceptional customer service, and positive demeanor and elevate any positive feedback and/or concerns to supervisor. In this role you will also assist with preparation and compliance of required documentation as requested by supervisor and perform direct support responsibilities as necessary including personal care and transportation.

Qualifications: Associates Degree in Human Services or related field and (1) year of Direct Support experience OR a High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of Direct Support experience. You must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance for transportation requirements.
Hours: 40 hours/week.
