We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Program Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about working with elementary - middle school students and contributing to a dynamic and engaging educational environment. The Program Assistant will play a key role in supervising students, facilitating enrichment programs, and designing engaging activities to enhance the experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise middle school students in a classroom setting, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students.
  • Plan and facilitate enrichment programs that align with our mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement special activities and events.
  • Support day-to-day operations and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with elementary - middle school-aged students in an educational or recreational setting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
