We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Specialist to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will assist clients with travel reservations, booking coordination, and customer support while helping create exceptional travel experiences.

What You#39;ll Do

  • Assist clients with booking hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, and other travel services
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online communication platforms
  • Coordinate reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and itinerary updates
  • Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options to meet client needs
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and client information
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
  • Resolve customer questions with professionalism and attention to detail
