Job summary: Reporting to the Director of Health Services, the incumbent is responsible for all tasks related to the planning, organization, coordination, control, and evaluation of daily care activities. They supervise and train healthcare staff and ensure the implementation of measures and the updating of client needs assessments. He ensures the quality of services provided meets standards of practice and applicable laws and regulations. He delivers nursing care and participates in the welcoming and integration of residents. He promotes resident well-being and strives for continuous improvement in the quality of healthcare services.
