Job description

The Business Analyst will support Marketing/Data Analytics projects and development efforts by working with product owners, planning and project managers, technical resources, and other stakeholders to help establish vision, determine scope, analyze needs, and help define and deliver projects and solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. This work includes analyzing and documenting current business processes, recommending process improvements, and developing the business, functional, and user requirements needed to ensure that the technology solutions delivered meet the needs of the business. Serve as the liaison between the business areas and the technology team by understanding and critically evaluating business needs, forming requirements and functional needs. Begin to develop domain expertise in the business functions they support and may participate in the development of multi-year strategies and capability and technology roadmaps. The Marketing Domain includes, but is not limited to, E-mail File and Program support, Modeling and Audience Targeting, Customer Acquisition, Data Feeds, Customer File Maintenance, Promotions, Campaign Management, and Customer Insights & Analytics.
