Job description

As a Management and Program Analyst (Program and Project Management Advisor), you will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and executing program and project planning and oversight that support the Office of Program and Project Management (OPPM).
Location of position: General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Services (PBS), Office of Program and Project Management (OPPM)

The GS-14 salary range starts at $127,829 per year.  

To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service.

Specialized experience is experience providing authoritative advice and guidance to senior leadership on national programs; monitoring, evaluating, and developing recommendations for program improvements; developing position papers, communications, outreach plans, and presentations; supporting program initiatives and changes; and establishing metrics, benchmarks, timelines, and training for assigned projects.
