Wellsential Health is currently seeking Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) to support Rio Grande City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on the 6:00pm to 6:00am shift.

In this purpose driven role, you will:
As a Certified Nurse Aide, you play a vital role in our residents' daily lives-providing compassionate, hands-on care while building meaningful connections with residents and families.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and transfers
  • Provide hands-on patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
  • Take and record vital signs accurately
  • Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition to RN/LVN staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents
Shifts
  • 6:00pm - 6:00am (12-hour Night Shift)
Requirements:
  • Active Texas CNA certification (TULIP)
  • Completion of a state-approved CNA program
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States of America.
