Job Summary:

Landmark of Richton Park, a leading healthcare facility in Richton Park, Illinois, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Activity Aide to join our interdisciplinary team. As an Activity Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by planning and implementing engaging activities, fostering social connections, and promoting overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and implementing various activities, programs, and events for residents, including arts and crafts, games, outings, and entertainment

  • Collaborate with the Activity Director to develop and maintain activity programs, ensuring they align with resident interests and needs

  • Encourage socialization and interaction among residents, including organizing group activities and one-on-one interactions

  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as mealtime activities, and provide support with daily routines

  • Maintain accurate records and reports on activity participation, resident engagement, and program evaluations
