Activity Aide

RYZE on the Avenue, is seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Activity Aide to join our dynamic team at our Chicago, Illinois location. As an Activity Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall well-being and quality of life for our residents. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and implementation of resident activities, including outings, events, and recreations, designed to promote socialization, engagement, and overall well-being.
• Support the activities program by preparing materials, setting up spaces, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for residents.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff through empathetic communication and active listening.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and address resident needs, preferences, and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to resident activities and participation.
