Successful applicants will be added to our on-call employee pool and offered assignments as student accommodation needs arise throughout the academic year. The hiring and onboarding process takes approximately two weeks and includes HR paperwork, a TB test, and Live Scan fingerprinting. After receiving HR clearance, employees will complete a required, paid DSPS training.

Once training is complete, you'll be eligible to accept assignments as they become available and can choose to work as many-or as few-assignments as fit your schedule.
