Families trust us with one of life’s most important decisions: where their loved one will find care and comfort. As an Activity Aide, you’ll play a key role in providing connection, engagement, and fun for our residents.

Our ideal Activity Aide enjoys working with seniors, creating engaging experiences, and helping residents stay active and connected. The Activity Aide will work closely with residents and team members to promote a positive and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and assist with group and individual recreation programs

  • Motivate residents to participate and ensure safety during events

  • Report resident concerns to the nursing team

  • Keep activity attendance records

  • Decorate the community for holidays and seasonal celebrations

  • Support the Director of Activities and Administrator with additional tasks

  • Serve as an Activity Aide dedicated to enhancing resident quality of life through meaningful engagement and activities

What We’re Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Prior experience in long-term care is a plus but not required

  • Outgoing, creative, compassionate, and a team-oriented mindset

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • A successful Activity Aide will demonstrate enthusiasm, patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with seniors

Schedule:
  • Full time and part time

  • Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday
