POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Executive Director of Youth Development & the Site Coordinator, the Youth Development Program Aide assists the site coordinator in the supervision and carrying out of the daily activities of the assigned afterschool childcare site, ensuring the program meets its intended goals as well as the Association's goals. This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
