Job description

Responsabilités
  • Procéder à des analyses de crédit et structurer des solutions de financement adaptées aux besoins des clients.
  • Préparer les demandes de crédit, les offres de financement et les lettres d’offre, en collaboration avec les gestionnaires de comptes.
  • Négocier les termes et conditions de financement avec le Centre de crédit.
  • Accompagner les gestionnaires de comptes dans la mise en place et le renouvellement des financements.
  • Contribuer à l’identification et à l’atténuation des risques liés aux dossiers financés.
  • Assurer le respect des politiques de crédit et des exigences de la Banque.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les partenaires internes afin d’offrir une expérience client cohérente et de qualité.
Prérequis
  • Baccalauréat dans un domaine connexe et 4 années d’expérience pertinente, ou maîtrise dans un domaine connexe et 3 années d’expérience pertinente.
  • Expérience en financement immobilier ou en financement commercial.
  • Expérience pertinente en analyse de crédit.
  • Aptitudes en service à la clientèle et en négociation.
  • Connaissance des produits et services destinés aux entreprises.
  • L’expérience en développement des affaires constitue un atout.
