EmployerCARE Account Manager:
We are looking for a positive and energetic Account Manager with a dedicated sense of responsibility to join the EmployerCARE team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. Ideal candidates will have the ability to build and manage client relationships, lead multiyear strategic planning, and maintain a proactive approach with managing the day-to-day compliance and workflow of the client business. To be successful in this role, candidates must be committed to ensuring that company offerings meet the individual needs of the client as well as using excellent verbal and written communication skills to understand client needs and explain value.
Requirements: 
  • REQUIRED: Must currently posses or ability to obtain appropriate licensing, including Ohio Health and Life.
  • Must have 3 years of proven experience in Account Management, Business Development, Relationship Management, Customer Success or similar.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  • Skilled at collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Great critical thinking skills and experience collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
  • Attention to detail and skilled at keeping accurate records and account notes.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively manage complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes.
  • Knowledgeable of industry trends.
  • Commitment to acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
