Grow Your Territory and Deliver Technical Water Treatment Solutions
If you combine technical water treatment expertise with strong relationship-building and sales skills, this opportunity gives you the chance to own and grow a portfolio of industrial and commercial accounts. You’ll manage existing customer programs, solve technical challenges, and develop new business across cooling, boiler, closed-loop, wastewater, and related water treatment applications.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage and grow industrial and commercial water treatment accounts throughout the territory
  • Conduct service visits, testing, system inspections, troubleshooting, reporting, and program optimization
  • Develop treatment strategies and chemical feed/control programs based on customer needs
  • Identify and close new business involving chemical programs, equipment, service agreements, and capital projects
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, improve system performance, and deliver exceptional service
Qualifications:
  • Water treatment industry experience strongly preferred, including boiler, cooling, closed-loop, wastewater, or related applications
  • Sales, account management, or field service experience within a technical industry
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of pumps, controllers, chemical feed equipment, and industrial systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel throughout the Chicagoland territory
