Position: CT Tech

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Tech to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a CT Tech, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using computerized tomography (CT) equipment. You will work closely with patients to ensure their comfort and safety, as well as collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' internal organs and tissues

- Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and answering any questions they may have

- Position patients correctly and adjust equipment settings to obtain the best images

- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any adverse reactions or complications

- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to review and interpret images

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of procedures and patient information

- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the CT equipment and exam rooms

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in CT technology and techniques

- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology preferred

- ARRT certification in CT required

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Tech

- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of CT equipment and procedures

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
