About our Adult Foster Care division - At Home Living

A DSP functions as an advocate, supporter, educator and caregiver to individuals with disabilities. We believe in our clients and their right to live in the least-restrictive environment. Our programs are 4-bedroom residential settings & centered around the individuals we support. Location: Edgemont Blvd, MN

Compensation:

  • $16.50-$17.00

Part-Time Hours of Position:

8am-2pm

2pm-10pm

Every other weekend is required

Flexible scheduling

Typical Job Duties:

  • Cooking and cleaning
  • Activities of the daily living
  • Medication administration & documentation
  • Socializing with residents (playing games, watching movies, going for walks, bonfires, etc.)
  • Going to appointments & outings with clients (shopping, movies, fishing, etc.)
  • & Most importantly - Making a difference in the lives of others

Requirements:

  • 18 years or older
  • Pass a MN DHS Background Study
  • Available to work every other weekend
  • Current Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a Clean Record
