- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; relevant experience may substitute
- Skills: Strong organization, communication, empathy, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Mindset: Curious, compassionate, and willing to learn
Position Details
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday-Friday
Includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support - Pay: Starting at $24.09/hour, plus a generous on-call stipend and additional pay for emergency responses
