Summary

Design, build, test and operate secure, scalable software for Medicaid DDI programs and modernized Provider Plus capabilities. Use cloud-native engineering and approved AI coding tools to improve delivery speed while retaining developer ownership for design, security, correctness, testing and maintainability.

Your role in our mission
  • Develop React/TypeScript micro-frontends and .NET 10/C# microservices, serverless services and contract-first REST APIs.
  • Build multi-tenant capabilities using tenant isolation, configuration-driven behavior, feature flags and coordinated API, UX and schema versioning.
  • Develop PostgreSQL solutions and AWS workloads using applicable Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, Glue/Spark, MSK/Kafka and EKS patterns.
  • Implement REST, event, queue, batch and managed file-transfer integrations, including adapters for required SOAP/WCF interfaces.
  • Create Terraform and CI/CD assets for automated build, test, security scanning, deployment, rollback and environment promotion.
  • Implement automated tests, observability, secure logging, code review, vulnerability remediation and production-readiness controls.
What we're looking for
  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Experience delivering enterprise applications, integrations or cloud-native services; Medicaid/MMIS/MES experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SOLID, distributed systems, microservices, event-driven design and secure coding.

The pay range for this position is 76,100 - 108,700 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
