Operate shredder machinery to shred cheese efficiently and effectively.. Monitor the shredding process to maintain optimal speed and quality standards.. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for reworking/recorking cheese, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations..

Communicate any equipment malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel for timely resolution.. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities reworked/recorked and any quality issues encountered. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime.

Take immediate corrective action for any product that does not meet quality or product specifications. Contribute to continual process improvement and increased performance.
