EverLine Coatings, a rapidly scaling commercial Pavement Maintenance and Line Striping company, is looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Operations Manager to lead our location in Grand Rapids. We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee all service staff and operations of the local business unit. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise.   • Oversee day-to-day operations and execution of projects
  • Schedule projects with the clients and crews
  • Source and order supplies and materials for projects
  • Hire, oversee, and manage crew leads and technicians
  • Train and assess crews for proficiency
  • Implement processes to drive efficiency
  • Evaluate and improve service operations and financial performance
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
  • Direct the employee assessment process
  • Ensure staff follow health and safety regulations
  • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, call backs)
  • Customer follow-up for satisfaction
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
  • Experience in planning and project management
