While both are related to Scrum, Professional Scrum emphasizes knowledge and coaching, whereas Scrum Master is a role with specific responsibilities.

Is AI replacing Scrum Master?

AI is not replacing the Scrum Master role, which involves facilitating team collaboration, removing impediments, and ensuring Agile principles are followed. While AI tools can assist with project tracking and data analysis, the human skills of coaching, communication, and leadership remain essential for effective Scrum Masters. AI can augment their work but does not eliminate the need for a dedicated Scrum Master in Agile teams.
