Job Description

Overall IT industry Experience: 10 + years with good experience in software development projects using Java, J2EE, .NET, web portals, cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Should have strong hands-on experience driving technology teams as part of the Agile scrum using SAFe

Project Role Description: Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors, the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Must have skills: Agile Project Management using SAFe

Minimum: 5 year(s) of experience is required as Scrum Master in the overall experience

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in computer science, Electronics or any related stream

Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our team, ensuring collaborative and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions. You will work closely with the product development team to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and consistent achievement of objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the team.

Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.

Ensure the team collaborates efficiently to deliver high-quality products.

Work with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

identify and resolve obstacles hindering the team's progress.

Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Track KPIs to help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.

Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
