Job description

NW metro Atlanta tax and accounting practice in Paulding Co seeking EA or CPA to prepare and review individual income tax returns and help clients with tax planning. Looking for someone who can lead the individual income tax area of our practice and occasionally assist with client accounting matters. Approximately 1600-1640 hours per year, providing a good quality of work-life balance. We are closed on Fridays outside of tax season, closed Thanksgiving week and closed for a week around Christmas. Drake tax software, ShareFile client portals. We work mostly in-office with remote capabilities for evenings and weekends during tax season, so a weekly in-office presence is required. We are a small practice of seven people, work closely as a team, and are growing our firm. This is an opportunity to deliver rewarding client services while working less than you would work in more traditional tax practices. If grinding for the most money is the most important thing to you, this may not be a good fit.
