Receptionist - Investment Firm (Midtown)
A well-established investment firm located in Midtown is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional first impressions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Coordinate meeting room scheduling and prepare for client meetings
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed

Qualifications:
