Are you a motivated leader who thrives on results and enjoys developing others? We're looking for a Canvass Supervisor who can lead from the front, support a growing team, and help drive the success of our field marketing efforts.
This role is perfect for someone outgoing, organized, and driven, with the ability to motivate a team while remaining active in the field. As a Canvass Supervisor, you'll knock on doors alongside your team, schedule free inspections and estimates for the sales team (no closing required). Recruit new team members and help develop your and your team's skills.

Compensation
  • Uncapped performance bonuses

What You'll Do
Lead & Motivate the Team
  • Support and motivate a team of canvassers to achieve daily and weekly goals
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and actionable feedback to help team members improve their performance
  • Lead by example through a strong work ethic and positive energy in the field

Recruit & Build the Team
  • Assist with recruiting new canvassers
  • Conduct phone screenings and interviews
  • Help onboard and train new team members so they are set up for success

Operations & Field Support
  • Track daily canvassing activities and team performance
  • Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies and team development
  • Safely operate a company-provided van to transport canvassers to and from neighborhoods
