At Rally House, every great game day experience starts with the product - and our Receiving & Inventory Specialists are the experts who make sure the right local and team apparel and gifts arrive on time, look great, and are ready for fans to grab. If you're organized, detail-driven, and passionate about product flow and inventory accuracy, this role is for you. As a Receiving & Inventory Specialist, you'll be the backbone of store operations. You'll manage shipments, process new product, handle customer fulfillment, and keep the stockroom organized and efficient. Your work ensures the sales floor stays fresh, full, and game day ready - stocked with an outrageous selection of local and team apparel and gifts that fans love. You'll also support store leadership by helping with merchandising, customer service, and daily operations - all while maintaining clear communication and helping the store hit its goals. If you take pride in a job well done and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, Rally House has a place for you on the team.

Responsibilities

- Customer: Customer service; ensures customer remains the top priority, Customer satisfaction; promptly and politely responds to inquiries and requests for support
- End-to-end customer order process; lead and execute the on-line picking, packing and shipping the items in a timely, accurate and safe manner
- Merchandising: Uphold company standards for merchandising presentation, Receives inbound shipments and accurately processes through receiving to floor placement within guidelines
- Store cleanliness, Safety and security
- Financials: Inventory control; shipping supplies, back stock replenishment, Outbound and inbound transfers
- Customer Service: Ensure that the guest remains the top priority
- Driving company vehicles (van and box truck as needed) for deliveries

Skills and Knowledge

Detail oriented, Enthusiastic attitude, Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Takes initiative and delivers results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications

Required to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds. Must have a valid drivers license.
