Job description

DuBois & King, Inc is seeking a Civil Engineer with approximately 5 - 10 years of experience. This is a full-time engineering position with full benefits in our busy and growing Site & Land division.

Responsibilities

  • Learning key engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D and GIS programs/conventions.
  • Assist in the development and preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates.
  • Conduct site reviews as needed for feasibility studies, planning, and design projects.
  • Provide conceptual, preliminary, and final design civil engineering support for all divisions. These tasks are likely to include: investigation, research, calculations, evaluation of alternatives, and design development on a variety of projects.
  • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
  • AutoCAD and  Civil 3D preferred
  • PE or ability to obtain one within 12 months preferred
