Job Title: Natural Programmer with C#.NET Experience

Location: Jackson, MS – 100% Remote

Duration: 3 years

Required Technical Skills

2+ years of experience with Natural Programming Language

5+ years of Visual Basic 6 and SQL development

Strong proficiency in .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET)

Proven ability to maintain and enhance legacy systems in production

Expertise in data integration, batch processing, and file-based interfaces

Experience in code refactoring, modularization, and system modernization

Familiarity with data mapping, conversion, and migration planning

Proficient with Git, SVN, TFS and change management practices

Child Welfare System Experience

Hands-on experience with SACWIS, MACWIS, or CCWIS

Deep understanding of child welfare processes: case management, intake, service planning, licensing, reporting

Ability to translate program requirements into technical specifications

Professional Experience

Skilled in managing priorities in a fast-paced support environment
