The ideal candidate brings consulting experience, strong analytical capabilities, and experience contributing to client-facing deliverables in fast-paced environments.

Work you'll do 
As a Senior Manager on the Organization, Workforce & Change team, you will be responsible for supporting clients through workforce and change initiatives that improve business performance, adoption, and long-term value. 

  • Advise clients on workforce and change priorities that support business transformation and operating model changes. 
  • Assess stakeholder impacts, organizational readiness, and culture considerations; develop mitigation and adoption strategies. 
  • Design and execute communication, learning, and user adoption plans, including training materials, job aids, and other enablement assets. 
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, synthesize findings, and develop presentations and recommendations for client and project leadership. 
  • Support project delivery through cross-functional collaboration, risk management, agile ways of working, and contributions to practice development, recruiting, and proposals.

Qualifications 
 

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously
  • 2+ years of experience leading business development in a consulting or professional services environment, including pipeline development, client pursuit management, and proposal or request for proposal (RFP) response ownership
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, workforce transformation, organization design, or change transformation
  • 8+ years of experience developing and executing communication plans 
  • 8+ years of experience developing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel, including data visualization, storytelling, pivot tables, and complex formulas 
  • 6+ years of facilitation experience 
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. 
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. 

Preferred:

  • Proven experience with prompting and/or building Custom GPTs in a workplace environment 
  • Active membership in at least 1 human capital professional organization, completion of at least 1 human capital course or certification, or attendance at a minimum of 1 industry conference or workshop within the past year 
  • Experience leading teams of 3-10 members on human capital strategy projects
  • Experience mentoring at least 2 junior team members through feedback and skill development
  • Experience managing 3+ client projects from initiation through completion, including timeline creation and tracking
  • Experience developing 10+ client-ready deliverables in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel for audiences of varying seniority
  • Experience supporting project planning for initiatives with budgets of $250K-$2M

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $180,200 to $355,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
