• System Architecture Design, implement, and maintain the OpenText Network Operations Management (NOM) system architecture, with a specific focus on the Operations Bridge for the Transformation and Integration Cloud (OPTIC) Data Lake, ensuring a scalable, resilient, and secure platform for enterprise network management, performance monitoring, and compliance reporting.
• Security & Compliance Provide SME support and guidance to junior administrators and operators that manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within NOM to ensure data security and compliance.
• Administration & Maintenance Plan, install, configure, secure, upgrade, and patch the OPTIC Data Lake (DL) in containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes). Conduct similar duties for the Juniper Routing Director (formerly Paragon), which runs Kubernetes with a Linux base OS. Develop and maintain API integrations using REST APIs and connectors to connect both platforms with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Performance & Optimization Monitor and optimize the performance and stability of the OpenText NOM and OPTIC DL systems, proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
