Job description

YOUR IMPACT
Work with talented Business Network team members with diverse skillsets, providing solutions for complex customer challenges. You will leverage your interpersonal and leadership skills to develop deep, trusted partnerships with team members and customers.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

The Manager, Cloud Services is responsible for setting strategic direction and providing senior leadership to a team of system integration consultants. You will own people leadership, guide resolution of highly complex integration issues, and define and execute strategies for training, processes, and tools used by the team. You will partner with other Systems Integration teams to ensure lean, scalable integration of OpenText processes across the organization.
This role requires strong senior leadership, executive-level communication, and hands-on EDI project implementation expertise. You must bring deep A2A/B2B experience and demonstrate the ability to motivate, lead, and scale teams through vision, strategic positioning, and mature leadership practices. You are highly driven, delivery-focused, and accountable for defining goals, success metrics, and continuous improvement across the organization. You will actively mentor and coach leaders and consultants to grow talent and organizational capability.

YOU ARE GREAT AT
Providing senior-level consulting services to clients on end-to-end system design requirements supporting trading partner EDI / electronic commerce integrations.
Acting as a trusted advisor to client leadership, internal project management, and technical stakeholders.
Serving as the escalation and decision point for complex technical challenges, ensuring consistency of integration architecture, standards, and delivery practices.
Overseeing quality and governance of project deliverables, setting best practices, reviewing outputs for technical consistency, and approving deliverables prior to client review.
Providing senior people leadership for a distributed team of consultants across USA, including hiring strategy, performance management, goal setting, compensation reviews, leadership development, and succession planning.
Championing and institutionalizing continuous improvement initiatives across tools, processes, and delivery models.
Reporting to senior and executive leadership with clear insights into performance, risks, and strategic opportunities.
Ensuring ongoing professional growth, engagement, and retention of top consulting talent.
Maintaining and evolving deep knowledge of current and future OpenText products and integration platforms.
Guiding the team in adopting emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence, and developing strategies to integrate them effectively into existing processes.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
Proven senior leadership capabilities, including developing leaders, communicating vision, and inspiring high-performing teams.
Strong executive presence with the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly at all levels.
Excellent judgment with strong Systems Integration and Technical / Business acumen, and the ability to assess people, processes, and platforms at scale. Hands-on experience with integration platforms, data translation software, and industry communication protocols and data formats (e.g., IBM Sterling, HTTP, SFTP, Web Services, REST APIs, XML, EDI, X12, IDoc, flat files).
Strong understanding of European e-Invoicing mandates.
Minimum of 7+ years of customer-facing experience.
Demonstrated experience leading and scaling teams of consultants and technical professionals.
Additional Spanish, Portuguese or European language skills are a plus.
