Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the office for a prestigious financial services firm. The Office Manager will ensure the workplace operates efficiently, professionally, and effectively while providing support to employees, leadership, vendors, and external partners.

The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and has excellent communication and organizational skills.
