Caring Transitions of Northwest Atlanta is looking for a Sales and Networking Team Member (Caring Ambassador) with a passion for the senior community and a talent for sales. Serving clients in Marietta, Smyrna, Mableton, Powder Springs, Hiram, Dallas, Sandy Springs, Atlanta and surrounding areas, our mission is to provide stress-free, full-service solutions with integrity, empathy, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

Networking & Relationship-Building

  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including senior living communities, real estate agents, attorneys, and other local professionals.
  • Attend networking events, chamber meetings, and community activities to promote Caring Transitions’ services and increase brand awareness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow visibility within our service territory.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with referral sources to nurture trust and generate qualified leads.
  • Enter all leads into CRM for follow up

Sales and Client Acquisition

  • Follow up promptly with incoming clients leads to qualified needs and schedule consultations.
  • Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess project scope and client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals that clearly outline services, timelines, and pricing.
  • Send contracts to clients and ensure all agreements are signed before scheduling work.
  • Secure deposits and confirm payment details prior to adding projects to the operational calendar.
  • Provide a seamless handoff to the Operations Manager, ensuring all details are accurately communicated to avoid gaps in client experience.
  • Track sales activity, conversion rates, and follow-up actions in the company CRM.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and lead conversion goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven success in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable delivering presentations and proposals both in person and virtually.
  • Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and digital communication platforms.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Passion for serving seniors and families in transition.

Hours & Scheduling

  • This is a part-time position, with an expected workload of approximately 25-30  hours per week. Some evening or weekend events may be required for networking opportunities and client contact or meetings.

  • Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hour (paid weekly)
