Job description

Overview The Tactical Software and Autonomy Solutions (TSAS) team at i3 supports USSOCOM Headquarters in developing cutting-edge autonomy software architectures to distribute autonomous control across a diverse assortment of uncrewed air, ground, surface, and subsurface platforms. The team is seeking a Cameo Modeler to assist in development and review of software and systems engineering artifacts during the execution of cutting-edge UxS system development projects at i3 in support of various DoD customers. This is a Temporary On Call (TOC) position. Responsibilities * The candidate will work with software development teams and systems engineers to develop and maintain Cameo artifacts for the software product in development. * The candidate will participate in the development and review of systems engineering products and provide subject matter expertise in modeling to software engineering teams to ensure overall team success on the project. * Candidate will engage with a wide variety of engineers and other modelers to develop models collaboratively. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education, Experience and Required skills: * Must be a U.S. Citizen. * Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance, or an Active Clearance with the ability to maintain the clearance. * Candidate must be located in, or willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area. * Candidate must be a team player and be creative, adaptive, and excited to learn. * Candidate must have good communication skills and have experience working on a team. * Candidate must have experience with Cameo and MBSE modeling practices using modeling tools to model complex systems using SysML. * Position Location: Onsite in Huntsville, AL Preferred Experience/Skills: * OCSMP Model User or INCOSE ASEP Certification. * Experience with software development project modeling. * Experience working in a DoD environment. * Experience interfacing with customers. * Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
