• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health concerns and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Provide therapy through individual sessions that utilize client-centered strategies, fostering personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with clients to define therapeutic goals, monitor their progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Offer teletherapy options to accommodate clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer virtual counseling sessions.
• Maintain accurate and ethical documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to uphold the highest standards of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through seminars, workshops, and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about advancements in mental health care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Your compassionate approach will help clients navigate their unique struggles, supporting them in their journey toward recovery and healthier mental states.

• Must possess an active, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for establishing trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A nonjudgmental attitude coupled with empathy and understanding of clients' diverse experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle caseloads and administrative tasks.

• Experience working with clients facing substance use issues is a distinct advantage, particularly for those interested in addiction treatment.
• Knowledge of telehealth practices and platforms to enhance remote service delivery.
• Prior involvement in professional therapy settings that emphasize collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.

• Annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and educational background.
