Job description

The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for various positions within the organization. This role involves identifying and attracting top talent, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The consultant plays a key role in creating a positive candidate experience while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with hiring policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of one year professional level experience in a recruiting role to include some compensation experience; preferably in healthcare or other complex environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 years or more of professional level experience in a recruiting role.
  • Experience in other functions of Human Resources
