Job description

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC has a potential need for an Educational/Training Support Program Manager to provide support for our government customer in Dayton, OH , at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES: * Educational/Training Support for Students:
* Provide current and future educational and training support for all staff.
* Support aerospace and operational medicine training for DoD medical personnel.
* Assist in maintaining medical currency, comprehensive readiness skills, and deployment training.
* Ensure all courses meet academic standards, operational needs, and wartime readiness requirements.
* Apply knowledge of nursing care theories, principles, and critical care clinical experience to solve administrative and professional healthcare challenges.
* Training Data Collection and Reporting:
* Collect, monitor, and report training data related to readiness.
* Review and update en route care training department and customer status rosters on SharePoint.
* Collaborate with field points of contact (POCs), and customer to collect data.
* Deconflict training requirements as needed.
* Continuing Education Management:
* Maintain program changes and provide regular feedback to AF/SG Consultants and Career Field Managers (CFMs) through the Comprehensive Medical Readiness Program (CMRP).
* Provide input into medical policy development, specifically for AFI 41-106, Air Force Medical Readiness Program.
* Monitor conferment of continuing nursing and medical education credits.
* Manage the Warrior Training Center as required per contract to include scheduling
* Credentialing Support:
* Credentialing management for personnel
* Track and report all data related to nurse credential requirements (licensure, certification, BLS).
* Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Collect, compile, and analyze training site data.
* Develop reports to identify training shortfalls and program implementation barriers.
* Periodically review data collection methods and update tools to ensure accurate program analysis.
* Objective and Priority Development:
* Collect and consult data to develop objectives and priorities to meet deadlines (suspense's).
* Present complex information clearly, concisely, and in an organized manner.
* Ensure work aligns with organizational goals.
* Other duties as assigned by Supervisor. REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: * Requires a minimum of bachelor's degree, or 10 or more years' experience and at least 4 years of experience in a medical related environment. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: * Excellent interpersonal skills are required. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are required. Proficiency with word processing software, PowerPoint and SharePoint applications is required.
* Knowledge and understanding of applicable Air Force and professional standards is mandatory. Knowledge of military and civilian guidelines that govern policy and procedure, successful completion of the Department's orientation programs is required (After 60 days of hire).
* Shall have the knowledge/experience/understanding of Comprehensive Medical Readiness Program, Training Affiliation Agreements, nursing competencies, and obtaining continuing education units.
* Proficient in and build Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations.
* Must be willing and able to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: * Prior instructional experience is highly desirable.
* Prior office management experience is highly desirable.
* Experience with Excel, spreadsheet and data collection
* Experience with Learning Management Systems is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of the Joint Trauma Service and Air Force Medical Service Clinical Practice Guidelines, and educational delivery methods. REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE: * Must be a U.S. Citizen.
