Job description

Aurora Landscape has been established since 2006 and continues to grow! We are looking to add a Construction Crew Foreman and or individual that has the passion and motivation to excel within the industry. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team environment and can commit to steady employment. Position Expectations and Duties not limited to:
  • The ability to operate small and large landscape equipment machinery 
  • Have a positive attitude and the ability to train & motivate others 
  • Effective communications and the ability to communicate with customers as needed while running a project jobsite 
  • Must be able to read and understand landscape project plans and schedules 
  • Constantly promote and encourage adherence to company policies and safety practices 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in landscaping techniques 
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail 
  • Lead and supervise crew, ensuring efficient workflow and project completion within deadlines 
  • Collaborate with Project Manager and Landscape Operations Manager to understand project requirements, preferences, and goals 
  • Provide on-site project oversight 
  • Proactively establish and support a positive commitment to Safety on job site 
Position Requirements: 
  • 1-3 Years of professional landscape construction experience  
  • 1 Years experience in leading a crew 
  • Project Management Experience  
  • Ability to show working knowledge of tools/equipment/machinery/practices 
  • Good physical condition and endurance; able to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in all weather conditions 
  • Valid Driver’s License 
  • Communication Skills – English and Spanish Preferred
