• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to establish a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health conditions and specific needs.

The clients you will serve are adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our therapy services are designed to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and personal development. You will have the opportunity to work with an eclectic mix of individuals, each bringing unique backgrounds and experiences that enrich your therapeutic practice.

• A valid and current license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster client relationships built on trust and respect.
• A compassionate, empathetic approach with a non-judgmental attitude towards clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a caseload efficiently.
• No record of disciplinary actions on your professional board.

• Prior experience in a community health clinic setting, providing therapy to a varied clientele.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and best practices, emphasizing virtual client engagement.
• A demonstrated history of developing treatment plans that effectively address clients’ individual needs.

• An attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
